Human beings are born with some basic rights. Education is one of the fundamental rights. By which he can transform himself into a worthy human being. Education exists among all classes of people. Which has to be developed by various processes and techniques. It is difficult to enjoy the results if the management is not right and ideal as it is difficult to cultivate without following the rules.
The first aspect of education that we have to look at is the education system that has been built around the whole of money. Teachers and students are not caught unawares without money. As a result, they fail to determine their physical and mental needs. When the desire is fulfilled, it is remembered that there is no end to the movement. At one point, demand became more and more intense, and when he could not meet her, he formed a defeated soldier. The rest of his life was cut short by the despairing grief. They forget about the desires of human beings. The solution to these problems becomes easier if you look at the day.
The second aspect is isolation. There is a lack of co-ordinated thinking among the teachers and students due to which the state as a whole is not able to move forward as it is. The individual is repeatedly failing and failing to integrate the aspect that he is moving forward with for development and is creating obstacles in the development of the state. Problems are becoming more and more problematic and complex. Teachers are talking about the problem of exclusive modern education, while students and even education experts are talking about it. All the problems they are identifying are like going to the root with the roots at the beginning and searching for the roots. However, the combined efforts of all those involved in education can easily solve these problems.
The third aspect is that there is no proper strategy to oppose the opinion. This policy of might is right is a blow to the real ideological education. But at the present time the democratic environment has become such that education is free from power and politics. However, the opinion of the teacher who is more popular is also easily accepted. The opinion of the first class on the other side is not taken into account because it speaks to their unknown and unpleasant subject. The most important thing is to keep one’s thoughts and interests alive as well as the seat of power. Therefore, at various times, they are suppressed by spreading propaganda against their true and correct views. The result is very terrible for the nation.
Fourth is practical inefficiency. They have been deprived of the practical side of education by memorizing and passing the exams. In this case, teachers and parents are more responsible than students. Because of their competitive attitude. Due to which the students face such a situation in most of the cases, their subject matter is one thing and reality is another. And then they became disobedient.
Fifth is the result orientation of the guardians. Parents have become more dependent on results than on students’ education. Due to which students do not get the opportunity to get real education. They are becoming immoral and robotic. Every guardian has the mindset of infinite materialistic competition. They fail to educate their children in humanities. They are being educated in the pursuit of life.
Sixth, the lack of mentality in the thinking and research of teachers. Every teacher is a means of subsistence. They are failing to look at the content of education, the strategies of developing the talents of the students, the promotion of human values, etc. The only obstacle is building the future citizens by studying some materialistic issues and making their own financial and moral scale heavier. A lot of thought and research is needed to make education humane. It is especially important for teachers to pay attention to one side.
It is true that thousands of problems can be identified, but it is not possible to solve these problems without paying attention to the basics. If a state does not have a proper and well-planned education system, it is not possible to think of making the nation better and more civilized. At present we are living in an inhuman world. Where the content of education attracts people only to the point of enjoyment and power. There is no opportunity to develop human qualities. The whole life is spent on subsistence education. Real and human education is the only real liberation that can be given to human beings.
